Agilent function generator 33220a manual

I am trying to configure and finally control Agilent A signal generator through my Labview VI. Signal Generator has USB, LAN and GPIB interface. Measurment studio recognises it, however I need assistance to proceed from that point. I would be happy, if some body can guide me through this process. Any online manual or user guide would be great.  · Agilent A at a Glance The Agilent Technologies A is a 20 MHz synthesized function generator with built-in arbitrary waveform and pulse capabilities. Its combination of bench-top and system features makes this function generator a versatile solution for your testing requirements now and in the future. Convenient bench-top features. The Agilent A Function and Waveform Generator is part of the next generation of signal generators, replacing the previous A series. Its ease of use, coupled with advanced waveform features, provides a balance suitable for both the novice and expert. Standard waveforms include sine waves, square wave, ramp waves, pulses, and Gaussian.

The A is a 20 MHz function generator from Agilent. An arbitrary waveform generator (AWG) is a type of electronic test equipment people use to generate repetitive or single-shot electrical waveforms. Single-shot waveforms require a triggering source, either internal or external, while repetitive waveforms do not.

Its combination of bench-top and system features makes this function generator a versatile solution for your testing requirements now and in the future. Convenient bench-top features. The Agilent A is a voltage waveform generator. It can be used to apply periodic voltage waveforms to a circuit (e.g., sinusoids, square waves, triangle waves, and pulses). You will use the function generators to supply time-varying input to circuits for transient or frequency analysis (e.g., to characterize a filter or an amplifier).
